The best part about new software is seeing the creativity that explodes as our members start using it in ways that we hadn't yet imagined. Jay Robins recently sent us an email highlighting his success in using the New Marketing machine to leave that invaluable first impression. Sorry it took me a while to get back to you.
"I went to a conference in Las Vegas in Dec. 2006. I hadn't used the software yet. On the way back from Las Vegas to Florida, I met a guy who after speaking to him for a few minutes, was interested in seeing my presentation. When I got back to my office, I began working with the Mortgage Coach Software and the new marketing machine. The loan didn't make sense for him. However, he was so impressed by my Mortgage Coach presentation that he referred me to his brother who had started working with someone else at the time. Long story short, I made 1.5% in ysp on a $380,000 loan. Since then my airplane friend has sent me 2 more loans. My Mortgage Coach presentation was the reason I got to the brother. Keep up the great work!"
