If you are clicking "Update" or "PDF Preview" and still seeing the Logo and Photo of the sample preview, then most likely you have not selected a color theme or you have not selected your Logo and Photo.
Make sure you actually choose one of the color themes and make sure that the Logo and Photo fields show the name of your images and not the default images.
Following the recent release of Microsoft's new web browser we have received some inquiries about the compatibility of IE7 and the Mortgage Coach Marketing Machine. We are pleased to announce that the Mortgage Coach Marketing Machine is fully compatible with Internet Explorer 7.0.
However, there is one known issue where PDF files may not display correctly in the browser. If you are running IE7 and Adobe Acrobat version 6.0 or below, the PDF file will not load correctly into the browser. To view PDF files in IE7 you must have Adobe Acrobat (Professional, Standard or Reader) version 7.0 or 8.0 installed on your system.
