The Seller Buydown Strategy Kit is Here!
After being previewed in conference calls and at Strategic Equity, the Seller Buydown Marketing Tool/Flyer, is here.
This flyer is a first for the Marketing Machine in that it incorporates automation into the creation of the flyer. In other words we've done the heavy lifting to make it drop dead simple for you to incorporate this marketing tool into your business in record time.
Simplified Data Entry
You only have to enter information about the basic scenario and loans. The next step creates the flyer "AutoMagically."
Automated Flyer Creation
You enter the basic information and the Maketing Machine does the hard work of calculating the loan amounts, payments and creating an "Auto Summary".
This is beautiful! Thank you.

sounds like a great tool, where do i get it, and can I incorporate this into the website for Realtors to use daily?

This has been a fantastic tool to use. I have been going to out agents that have homes listed that are several times my average loan amount and several of these properties are now being marketed with this strategy.

I think this is a great tool, but my state regulations require we put certain things on any printed marketing materials including APR etc. Is there a way to enable additonal customization to include APR.

I am also needing to add data to any printed materials to conform to State pricing and licensing requirements. Need to show APR and licensing info. I would also like to add realtor logos and contact information in addition to my own.

This is great... But, most states require more info... Like APR in order to use this as marketing material.
