Announcing the Auto-Lock agreement and flyer!

Here are two more tools to help you close more business!

Based on a best practice by Mortgage Coach Member Brian Kludt, the Auto-Lock agreement gives you written permission to lock your client's loans at a target rate during the transaction. Use the Auto-Lock Flyer to advertise this new capability to your clients and referral partners.

Auto-Lock Flyer

Promote how you offer rate protection for your clients with the Auto-Lock Marketing Flyer. This simple but effective tool illustrates how market fluctuations are guaranteed and how important it is that they give you the permission to Auto-Lock their rate.

Auto-Lock Agreement

We have integrated Dylan Kramer's Annual Equity Review brochure. This selling tool has been the cornerstone to Dylan success over the years and has been critical to his success over the past few months—his biggest highlight in 2008 so far was his 50 closed loans in February.

Getting Started Training Available 24/7

Now you don't have to wait for one of our training sessions to get started with the Marketing machine. The folks at LendersInsight have helped us create an online recording of the Marketing Machine training. The recorded movie is an actual training session Matthew Bowe, Director of Product Development for Mortgage Coach, held a couple of weeks ago online. Before you attend the training, make sure you've contacted our support department to have your Marketing Machine account activated.

RateWatch is here!

Today we are happy to announce the Public Beta of the RateWatch Service Delivery Assistant. Now Mortgage Coach Mortgage Planners to introduce their clients to the RateWatch service through the Marketing Machine. The release of this assistant represents a completion of the three core services of Mortgage Planning as developed by mortgage coach. The Mortgage Plan, the RateWatch, and the Equity Review represent the 3 essential, core services.

About the RateWatch Service Delivery Assistant…

The best practice for delivering the RateWatch is on a Monthly basis. Those mortgage planners who deliver this service monthly, tend to have the best response rate from their clients and generate the most leads. Here are the features of the RateWatch:

Don’t be “clipped” off

PROBLEM: When I print a proposal or brochure, it is getting clipped off.

SOLUTION: When printing anything but the tri-fold brochure, make sure that you set the Page Scaling to "Fit to Printer Margins." Otherwise, unless your printer prints to the edges of the paper, your output will be clipped off.

Next up… the RateWatch Service

 

As I mentioned in a previous blog post, we gutted the Marketing Machine and the newer engine is allowing us to roll out services and offerings much more quickly. In the next few days we'll preview the RateWatch assistant, the second new item in the Marketing Machine in as many weeks.

Those of you already using the Annual Equity Review Service will be familiar with the new look and feel and improvements to the assistant as well as the spectacular design that continues to separate Marketing Machine users from the competition.

Next up… The Annual Equity Review

It's been waaaay to long since we've posted; albeit with good reason. Our heads have been down working both on the next release of Mortgage Coach and MAJOR improvements to the marketing machine. Many people have emailed me and asked about when the Marketing Machine will be "done." My response is, jokingly, hopefully never as it is a service that will increase in value every month. But I know what they mean. When will the Annual Equity Review and the RateWatch proposal assistants be ready to use?

HOW THE MARKETING MACHINE WILL HELP YOU TODAY

First, if you are holding off on a purchase to the Marketing Machine for those services, don't. You are missing the opportunity to WOW your clients today which is money you are leaving on the table.
